1. Experience as a Sales Manager
2. Experience with/in agencies will be a plus
3. Knowledge of the main players and market rules will be an advantage
4. Negotiation skills, conducting business correspondence;
5. Attention, punctuality, ability to make both independent and team decisions
6. Competent oral and written communication skills, literacy and clear language
7. Ability to find compromises and skills make independent decisions that affect work results.

Tasks:

1. Attracting new agencies with which they did not cooperate before
2. Receiving sales from agencies with with which we communicated, but there were no sales
3. Increasing the scope of cooperation from the agency with which we cooperate
4. Building friendly relations with agency employees
5. Market analysis, participation in profile conferences, webinars, meetings (online/offline)
6. Implementation of a personal sales plan
7. Timely and high-quality performance of tasks set by the manager
