How we see you:

• 2 years of working experience as a Strategist;

• A confident user of Excel, Power Point, Google environment (presentations, spreadsheet and others..)

• Knowledge of the basics of monitoring, market standards, the ability to explain to the client the specifics of data accounting and, if necessary, to evaluate data based on competitors' placement tactics

• Experience with tools Google Analytics, Google Adwords, AdReal, CMeter, Door (Infopanel & Analytic, Google Trends, SimilarWeb, Serpstat, Audience Insights (Facebook), GemiusAdReal, preferably - Makdata, Ariana. Experience in creating reports in PowerBI

• Knowledge of the media market of Ukraine, trends/innovations and trends

• Comprehensive understanding of marketing, communication and media strategies

• Understanding the client's business (external context, competitive environment, sources of business growth, effectiveness of media investments)

• Understanding the characteristics of the target audience, the ability to analyze the audience using research

• Understanding which media to use at each stage of the consumer journey. Ability to define KPIs for media campaigns

• Ability to work with multimedia/multiscreen campaigns

Your tasks:

• Providing regular reports to clients (processing the database, preparing comments and conclusions)< /p>

• Creation of presentations from scratch for the given task (argumentation of formats, selection of splits, selection of illustrations, studies, or cases)

• Development of media strategies, determination of media mix, KPIs, independent development of the structure and logic of the story

• Participation in meetings with clients, oral presentation

• Optimization of work with reporting. Development of new report templates for client tasks

• Analysis of available research, trends, exchange of knowledge with clients
