Looking for an interesting work process, professional sales team, the USA market, and everyday development? You are in the right vacancy :) We are iSpeedToLead an American-Ukrainian IT Product company in the real estate niche. We help our customers to sell and buy houses around the USA. In addition, we provide marketing services to our clients in the real estate niche.

And now we are looking for a Media Production Manager for our Marketing team to reach new heights!

Responsibilities:
— Collecting and curating creative ideas for advertising campaigns from various competitors and sources, including brainstorming sessions with the marketing team, creative teams, and external contributors
— Coordinating with actors, directors, and other stakeholders to gather all necessary creative assets, such as videos, images, and scripts
— Meeting clear deadlines for the planned pool of works
— Reviewing and ensuring the quality and consistency of all creative materials before they are passed on to the marketing department
— Maintaining an organized system for tracking creative assets and ideas, ensuring everything is easily accessible and up-to-date
— Working closely with the marketing department to ensure that creative assets align with campaign goals and brand guidelines
— Providing feedback to creative teams and actors to improve the quality of content when necessary
— Assisting in scheduling and coordinating creative meetings and brainstorming sessions
— Ensuring timely delivery of all creative assets to meet campaign deadlines

Requirements:
— Proven experience in a creative or coordination role, preferably within the advertising or media industry
— Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
— Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
— Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams
— Familiarity with creative processes, including video production, graphic design, and copywriting
— Proficiency in project management tools and software
— A creative mindset with the ability to recognize and develop strong creative ideas
