Media Production Lead in Trivexa

Trivexa is a marketing agency that works with product IT companies and helps them build strong brands. We cover the full cycle: from visual style and design to creative materials and high-quality content retouching. 

Responsibilities:

1. Manage by a team of retouchers: selection, onboarding, training, coordination

2. Build processes and develop training materials

3. Analyze employee performance in Google Sheets

4. Solve current operational tasks of the media department

Requirements:

1. Understanding photo/video content production

2. Experience of working in a team; management experience or experience in building processes will be a plus

3. Proficient skills in Google Sheets: data analysis, tables

4. English for communication with the foreign part">font-style: normal; text-decoration: none>ration: none">Sure experience in Photoshop + AI tools: NanoBanana Pro, Kling Motion Control, ElevenLabs, Audacity

Terms:

1. Compensation: $1000 ($800 fixed + $200 bonuses)

2. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 10:00-19:00

3. Fully remote work

4. Monthly payments at the dollar rate
