We are looking forMedia Buying Team Lead (Facebook), who will join our team and contribute to increasing efficiency in the field of gambling.
What will you do?
Bayer management: recruitment, adaptation, development, setting goals and monitoring results.
Launch and optimization of FB-campaigns in the gambling vertical.
Interaction with other departments: Dev, BizDev, Design.
Reporting, data analysis, preparation of recommendations regarding optimization.
Mentoring and development of juniors, participation in creating a knowledge base for the team.
ROMI budget planning and management.
Creating and optimizing team processes.
Development of effective funnels specially adapted for Facebook campaigns.
What do we expect from you?
Deep understanding of Facebook Ads algorithms and policies.
Experience with trackers and analytical tools: AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase.
Strong analytical skills, ability to work with large budgets.
Understanding key performance marketing metrics: CPA, ROI, CTR, CR, CPC, CPM, CPI.
The ability to quickly make decisions and take responsibility for the result.
Experience in testing and building a creative database.
Experience in finding, testing and scaling connections.
Understanding farm processes and features of work in gray/white schemes.
Experience working with budgets from $30k per month (individual) and from $100k+ per month (per team).
Knowledge of other traffic channels will be an advantage (Google PPC, In-App).
Experience with Android/iOS applications, PWA.
Experience in managing a team of 3-5 people.
From 2-3+ years of experience working with Facebook (preferably in gambling / betting verticals).
