Requirements:

- 2 years of experience with Facebook (Meta);
- Experience of managing a team of 3 people;
- Ability to work with budgets from $500/day;
- Current knowledge of account setups and payment services;
- Skills of working with various analytical systems and trackers (Keitaro, Binom);
- Knowledge of basic metrics: ROI, CTR, CPM, CR, EPC;
- Ability to work with photo and video editors;
- Basic knowledge of SCRUM and management;
- Skills for working with Notion/Trello.

Responsibilities:

- Setting team goals and objectives for team members;
- Coordination of the team to achieve advertising goals;
- Monitoring of the implementation and compliance with team goals and KPIs;
- Monitoring of the latest trends in media and advertising to increase effectiveness;
- Launch, control, optimization and scaling of advertising campaigns;
- Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns based on key metrics;
- Development of advertising creatives;
- Generation of funnels;
- Search and implementation of new approaches;
- Work with creatives;
- Organization and coordination of team work;
- Formation of reporting on the work of the direction.
