Media Buyer / Traffic Specialist (Google & TikTok) in Traffic Office

We are looking for a specialist in paid traffic who knows how to work with advertising platforms Google Ads and TikTok Ads, analyze the market and create creatives based on the result, and not on experiments "to nowhere".

What you will do:

• Launch and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ads and TikTok Ads

• Analyze what really works, and scale effective connections

• Research competitors through SPY-services and find strong ideas

• Independently prepare basic creatives and advertising texts

• Quickly find solutions to technical and advertising problems in Google / TikTok / Facebook

• Work with a focus on quality and stability, and not to bypass systems

• Keep daily reporting on tasks and results

• Be in touch during working hours

Our expectations:

• Experience with paid traffic (Google / TikTok / FB - any combination)

• Understanding launch logic, tests and optimization

• Skills to analyze competitors' creatives

• Independence and responsibility for the result

Terms:

• Fully remote work format

• Schedule: Mon-Fri full day, Sat - reduced

• Payment: 15,000 - 21,000 UAH
  (depends on the level, speed of entry into work, results and proactivity)

• Possibility of switching to KPI / % of net profit

• Adequate management without micromanagement
