Someone who understands how to make results from traffic: analyzes, tests, optimizes and brings campaigns to the numbers.
We have projects in various niches where your decisions really affect the result. Without chaos, "do something" - there are processes, analytics and a team with which you can grow.
What is important for this role?
- Confident use of the Telegram messenger: understanding the logic of the platform, the principles of channel operation, basic approaches to their analysis. Experience with Telegram will be an advantage.
- Ability to work with Google Sheets and Google Docs is a must.
- Comfort working with numbers: understanding of percentages, basic formulas and key marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, CTR, ROI, CPS).
- Basic (surface) understanding of GA4: navigating the interface, understanding the logic of tracking conversions and finding the necessary indicators (setting from scratch is not expected).
- Creativity and the ability to generate ideas for advertising promotion.
- Fluency in the Ukrainian language (oral and written).
Will be an advantage:
- Knowledge and understanding of TG channels and the use of the Telemetry service.
What you will do:
- Configure and conduct turnkey Telegram advertising campaigns.
- Collect, analyze and organize data in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Work with GA4 to track key indicators and conversions.
- Prepare monthly reports by KPI.
- Communicate with clients and channel administrators.
- Select and analyze relevant Telegram channels for campaigns.
- Perform supporting tasks: gathering market information, preparing tables and materials for commercial offers.
