Hello!We, Don’t Panic Recruiting Agency, are looking for a Media Buyer for our client (Kyiv, office, hybrid).Company Overview:Our client is a software development company.Currently, the company is working on three projects:1) A platform for game developers to provide technology for subscription features for games. This is a unique solution that provides a game owner with the ability to have a subscription feature inside the game.2) A comprehensive development tool that streamlines coding, automates processes, and offers advanced features for version control, code review, and project management. Tool is used by project managers who help them without any technological knowledge, read, and understand the code and its functions. It works with AI, so it can analyze the code, derive functionality, review code, identify issues, and provide recommendations on how to improve it.3) A blockchain tracker that constantly tracks project chain activity, evaluates its impact on the project, makes decisions, and notifies the project owner.☝️Company belongs to the group of companies with 20 years of experience on the market and averagely cooperates with specialists 4-6 years as minimum.🌎The company has offices in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Israel and Cyprus and cooperates with 40 Ukrainian specialists at the moment.🎯The goal of the company is to expand the team in Kyiv and grow 40+ for the next year.More about the role:The company is looking for a passionate Media Buyer to join the team. In this role, you will be creating new opportunities in the media sphere and helping the company to scale.💪Responsibilities:Working with the client’s target audience and determining the best media platforms to reach the target audienceDeveloping strategies for advertising campaigns, including the choice of media channels, budget size and advertising scheduleNegotiating with media platforms and ad-networks, terms of advertising and other aspects of agreementsMonitoring the results of advertising campaigns, collecting performance data and analyzing the results to improve future campaignsMaking changes to campaign strategies based on data analysis and responding to changes in market conditions or consumer behavior👍Requirements:Experience as Media Buyer for at least 1 yearExperience in running paid advertising campaignsAbility to analyze data and draw conclusionsKnowledge of A/B split testing and statisticsUnderstanding of CTR, CPL, CPI, CPA, CR, CAC, LTV, ROI and other metricsUnderstanding of the CPA optimization process to maximize the profitability of advertising campaignsEnglish — Intermediate and above✍️What does the company offer:Hybrid work format with 3 days in the office with flexible working hours. Company covers all the taxes and expenses related to PE support. Finance team fully manages PE for an employee.Working hours: Flexible working hours, office work from 9 in the morning till 9 in the evening, we start between 9 and 11:30 in the morning.Communication: We use Slack, Google Meet and telegram to communicate within the teams and companyMeetings: There are daily/weekly meetings we conduct with teams. Daily meeting time can be negotiableDays off: All the national holidays are days off, 11 per year. Additionally we provide with 3 calendar weeks of vacation per year and two calendar weeks of paid sick leaveTeam buildings: We organize team-buildings and happy hour weekly. Additionally we can provide the option of visiting conferences or professional events.Compensation: We are ready to consider the candidate`s expectations for the role.Salary review: All the employees receive the salary raise on a year’s basis, this raise will be fixed in the job offer. If the employee shows good performance, the salary can be reviewed before one year or for a higher amount. The manager can take this decision if they see positive performance on the employee.Probation period: Probation period is 3 months.Bonuses: Positions may include additional bonuses for positive performance for specialists in marketing, recruitment departments and others.Onboarding: On the first day the expectation meeting takes place with the employee and manager, where we discuss our expectations from the role. Also, we discuss with the employee their goals, tasks they need to undertake. Also we discuss employee expectations to make sure we are on the same page.Professional development: In our company we support employee development, there is ability to grow by seniority level or to management positions. We usually promote our inhouse employees for management positions. We are happy to support the employee after the probationary period if there is a request for attendance educational programs or courses. This is open for discussion.Ukraine support: Our company has no relationship with Russia or Belarus. We actively support and donate to Ukraine. The last donation is 1,000,000 UAH for Okhmadyt children’s hospital.
