Responsibilities:

• Adjustment, optimization, scaling and administration of Facebook, Google advertising accounts: geo Ukraine/USA
• Sales plan and budget approval
• Preparation of a report on the results of advertising campaign effectiveness
• Development and implementation of a creative strategy (creative plan, so-called creative plan, independent creation of creatives - 15% of the total volume, development of creative text of ads)
• Performance analysis
• Development and assimilation of new RRS sources (Tik-Tok, Twitter, etc.)

Thisvacancy for you if:

• Know how to use and test different approaches in creatives, landing pages< /li>
• Have experience working with budgets from $20,000
• Able to scale and analyze your RKs
• Have practical experience in creating connections
• Available successful cases in E-commerce that can be demonstrated in real time
• Strong skills in working with Facebook Ads for more than 2 years
• Strong skills in working with Google Ads for more than 2 years
• Strong skills in working with Google Analytics 4
• There is knowledge of how to analyze the effectiveness of creatives and communication, hypothesize, draw up technical specifications and measure the effectiveness of hypotheses on the volume
• The skill is present test a large number of creatives
• Present to meet with designers, installers
• You can evaluate and adjust strategies for increasing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
• You are not afraid to experiment to increase CTR, decrease price per click, improving the quality of keywords
• Have the skills to localize advertising campaigns for different geos: USA, Ukraine, South America, Europe
