Key Responsibilities: * Grow our projects using various paid traffic sources such as Google Ads, Facebook, Snapchat, Bing Ads and TikTok .* Maintain systematic performance reporting and conduct analytical research to understand market trends and audience behavior.* Design and develop landing pages and creative materials.* Optimize traffic based on ROAS and profit delta.* Maintain detailed reports displaying performance metrics of our traffic sources .Requirements:* At least 1 year of experience running and optimizing at least two of the following platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Snapchat, Bing Ads, TikTok, etc.* Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.* Experience with Google Analytics and the ability to analyze large data sets.* Experience in the European / US / UK markets will be a big plus. * Knowledge of English at the level of reading documentation.
