Right now our arbitration team is very scalable, so we are looking for ambitious media buyers. We have an office in Kyiv, and we also plan to open in Cyprus and Portugal, but we also allow a completely remote format of cooperation.

You are suitable for us if you have the following knowledge and skills:

• Experience work in the position of Media buyer;
• Experience working with Google Ads search (understanding of tools and capabilities of the advertising system);
• Understanding the principles of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager;
• Knowledge of key advertising metrics - CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, ROI;
• Quick self-learning, discipline and self-organization;
• Strong analytical skills.

Your duties will include:

• Creating and preparing Google accounts and Google Ads advertising offices;
• Setting up campaigns: launching and managing, writing "selling" ads, selecting keywords, competitive analysis, moderation;
• Working with semantics: analysis, expansion, negative words;
• Analytics of campaigns: identification of strengths and weaknesses, ensuring correct allocation of the budget, scaling of RK;
• Evaluation and adjustment of strategies to increase the effectiveness of campaigns: bids, keywords, creatives, landing pages;
• Monitoring the activity of competitors;
• Management and control over budgets in advertising offices.
