Mobidea has beena leading European company in the Affiliate Marketing industry for over 12 years. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Media Buyer with a strong background in user acquisition for mVAS vertical.The task is towork with internal offers in our platform to bring success to our partners. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or relocate to our beautiful Lisbon, Portugal office with financial and administrative support for a smooth transition. Key Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in media buying, with a strong focus on mVAS Proven track record of driving profitable campaigns, and meeting or exceeding performance goals Experience with media buying from Ad Networks,FB, Google,TikTok, YouTube and other DSPs is a significant plus Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Excel Upper-intermediate to advanced English language skills A profit-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to change and stay up-to-date with media buying trends Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive media buying strategies focusing on meeting and exceeding partners' goals and KPIs Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Collaborate with internal teams, such as creative, analytics, and account management, to ensure seamless campaign execution and performance analysis Manage and optimize advertising budgets, bids, and targeting to ensure the most efficient use of resources Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations to improve ROI Stay current on industry trends and best practices to maintain expertise in Google, AdNetworks, Facebook Ads and other relevant platforms, such as TikTok and DSPs Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a team collaboration and growth culture Company values: We believe in balancing personal life with professional efficiency (remote work offered and flexible working hours) We celebrate business achievements!
