We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager who will be the owner of the Mediabuying (Meta/TikTok/Snapchat) direction for all company products.

We are looking for you if you have:

• ? Experience in conducting advertising campaigns in TIER1 markets from $ 100K / month.
?? Fresh hands-on experience in subscription models (subscriptions).
• The ability to find unit-economy, and not just cast ready-made connections.
• Data-driven approach.
• Experience in scaling budgets (started with smaller and increased several times).

Will be a plus:

• Ability to independently organize the creative generation process (be a manager for a creative team at the start).

We do not consider candidates from the following areas for this role:

• traffic arbitrage;
• mobile games;
• e-commerce;
• projects with spending less than $50,000 per month;
• no experience with Tier-1 markets.

Your area of influence:

• Find unit-economy and scale budgets in Meta, Tik tok, Snapchat and others.
• Responsible for traffic payback in your direction.
• Analyze and monitor performance advertising campaigns, provide reports on the results of work.
• Look for new points of profit growth through the optimization of RK, creatives, offers or even the launch of new products (from the point of view of marketing).
• Actively participate in discussions and generation of creative concepts.
