Media Buyer (Liven, Wellbeing App) in SKELAR

We are currently looking for a Media Buyer for one of our new businesses - Liven.< /p>

Liven is a company that creates products for building healthy habits and improving mental well-being. Our product is an app to combat procrastination, ADHD symptoms, and more. We give users all the information they need to better understand themselves and their problems, as well as the tools to solve these pains.

We launched the business at the beginning of 2023 and have already confirmed its success - we found unit-economy , payback and are actively scaling to the size of a large business. Every new employee can now become the head of his area, it all depends only on you and your ambitions.

What tasks await you in the role of Media Buyer:

— Creation, management and optimization of advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok, etc.;
—Management and optimization of multi-million dollar budgets;
—Testing of new channels and technologies;
—Analysis of key indicators in all channels : LTV, CAC, ROMI/ROAS and ROI/ROR, etc.;
— A/B testing of different funnels and strategies;
— Participating in building a marketing and communication strategy together with the team.

What is important to us:
- Strong analytical skills: experience with data, numbers, metrics;
- You have an entrepreneur mentality - you are comfortable growing and scaling where you have before there was nothing;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.

Will be a plus:
- From 2-x years of experience work in the field of performance marketing, marketing, audit or analytics (Big 4 or Big 3 experience);
- Experience with advertising platforms Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.; br/>—Experience in managing large budgets and large amounts of data.

In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
