Liven is a company that creates products for forming healthy habits and improving mental well-being. Our product is an app to combat procrastination, ADHD symptoms, and more. We provide users with all the necessary information so that they can better understand their problems, as well as tools to solve these pains. We launched the business at the beginning of 2023 and also confirmed its success - we found unit-economy, payback and are actively scaling up to the size of a large business. Every new employee can now become the head of his field, it all depends only on you and your ambitions. What tasks await you in the role of Media Buyer:—Creation, management and optimization of advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok, etc.;—Management and optimization of multi-million dollar budgets;—Testing of new channels and technologies;—Analysis of key indicators in all channels: LTV, CAC, ROMI/ROAS and ROI/ROR, etc.;—A/B testing of various funnels and strategies;—Participation in building a marketing strategy together with the team. It is important for us: —Strong analytical abilities: experience in working with figures, numbers, metrics; — You have the mentality of an entrepreneur — you are comfortable developing and scaling there, there was nothing before; — Upper-Intermediate English. It will be a plus: — From 1 year of work experience in the field of performance marketing, marketing, audit or analytics (experience in Big 4 or Big3);—Experience in working with advertising platforms Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.;—Understanding the basics of digital marketing metrics;—Experience in managing large budgets and large amounts of data. In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation charity fund from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces.
