Storyby is a tech startup focused on finding young star authors and building a content ecosystem - books, audio and video adaptations. We open the world to authors in whom we see the potential to create bestsellers. We develop products so that new best-selling stories can be read, listened to and interacted with through a variety of content. Our products are currently in active scaling with positive unit economics, namely AlphaNovel and DramaShorts. We have a team of 44 professionals who are building the future of the world of publishing and content of the 21st century.AlphaNovel, a transactional subscription app available on iOS and Android platforms, provides users with the best experience of reading and listening to short stories. Seamlessly integrated game mechanics along with a reward system increase user engagement and satisfaction. AlphaNovel is a flagship product that has already published more than 12,000 writers and an active audience of more than a million readers. Each adaptation is inspired by the best works of AlphaNovel. Currently, DramaShorts is at the stage of active scaling with positive unit economics. To find new growth points, we are looking for a User Acquisition Manager who will actively scale the In-App traffic channel of user engagement on AlphaNovel and DramaShorts. What challenges await:— Building a new direction in engagement users - in-app networks— Creation, management and optimization of advertising campaigns Unity, AppLovin, Vungle, Taboola and other networks on Tier1 geo;— Monitor and track key performance indicators for all campaigns - budget pace, ARRPU, CAC, ROAS and ROI; — Collaborate with content and design teams to create and approve advertising materials. What is important to us: — Experience of working with in-app networks from 1 year in an advertising agency or product company; — Experience of working with US, Canadian, Australian and UK markets; —A data-driven approach to decision-making. Strong analytical skills, the ability to analyze large volumes of information and draw conclusions from it;— Systematic and structured;— Creativity and the ability to generate new ideas and hypotheses with high quality. It will be a plus:— Experience with advertising platforms Meta Ads, AppLovin, Vungle, Taboola;— Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, Tableau, Airtable — English at B2 level.
