That is why we are looking for amarketer actual sales. You will be responsible for all paid traffic from Google and scale the result.

  • You have practical experience in Google Ads for eCommerce / Shopify stores

  • You run it yourself, not CTR

  • optimize campaigns without micromanagement

  • Freely read and analyze data in GA4 and Looker Studio

  • Do you understand and communicate in English? our market is EN and it is a must

Key Responsibilities

Configuring and Managing Google Ads Ads:

  • Full cycle with Google Ads

  • Development of strategy and media plan for brand goals (ROAS, CPA, revenue)

  • Daily campaign optimization: bids, audiences, negative keywords, structure

  • A/B testing of ads, extensions, landing pages

  • Scaling campaigns that show the result


Analytics and tracking: 

  • Setting up and supporting conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager

  • Working with Google Analytics 4: funnels, channel reports and more

  • Regular weekly reporting: ROAS, CPA, CPL, Revenue

  • Competitive Analysis and Monitoring of the North American Tools Market


Hypotheses and testing: 

  • Constant search for new opportunities to increase traffic and sales

  • Testing new formats, audiences, messages

  • Identifying weaknesses in the funnel and proposing specific solutions

  • Other

  • Participation in the work on landing pages, banners, UTP for advertising campaigns

 Must-Have Skor (Your Toolkit):

  • Google Ads (Middle+): Search, Shopping, PMax - sure, with real cases

  • eCommerce experience

  • Google Tag Manager and real use

  • Understanding key metrics: ROAS, CPA, LTV, AOV

  • English - Intermediate+ (CA/US market, communication, ad texts)

  • Self-organization and responsibility for result

  • Experience in the eCommerce field will be a plus
