Media Buyer (Facebook, TikTok) remotely Tonti Laguna Prime, part of the Tonti Laguna Group, creates media projects about technology and the gaming industry The Tonti Laguna Prime team is looking for a Middle Media Buyer with 1 year of experience to work on advertising campaigns in Facebook and TikTok for our media content projects. Your skills: At least 1 year of experience as a Media Buyer on Facebook and/or TikTok. Availability of successful practical cases of traffic projects. English is not lower than B1. Experience working with large volumes of traffic and limited budgets. Work with large arrays of information. Analytical skills and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions. The ability to create dashboards with reports of advertising campaigns in Google Sheets. Experience in conducting A/B tests of creative campaigns. Adjusting the strategy based on the effectiveness of the campaigns. Understanding digital advertising and understanding key performance metrics. High level of organizational and technical skills. Ability to work in a team. Experience in buying, warming up and unbanning accounts will be a plus. Actual practice of testing new niches and approaches, implementation and scaling of communications has been developed. The team expects from you: 1. Work with Facebook (Meta Ads) and TikTok Ads. 2. The full cycle of work from purchasing traffic: setup, launch, A/B testing, optimization of campaigns, reporting and planning. 3. Monitoring and analysis of competitors, various targeting settings and audience characteristics. 4. Fix errors related to tracking system, creatives, campaign targeting parameters, etc. 5. Work with designers: setting up technical specifications, checking the result, finalizing. 6. Monitoring the achievement of set KPIs. We offer: Payment - rate + monthly bonus.
