Media Buyer / Facebook Ads Specialist / (Middle/Senior level) in 13MM

We are looking for a geek to work with Facebook Ads. Your main focus will be on generating conversions and optimizing advertising campaigns .

No bureaucracy or communication with clients - only your skills and the effectiveness of advertising campaigns will directly affect your earnings.

Our specialty is performance marketing, i.e. we focus on lead generation through paid traffic sources (Facebook, Google, etc.). 
We work mainly for the American market, so all work material is in English. 
We work with a large number ofproducts: dating sites, insurance, home services and others.

Mandatory requirements for the candidate:
- Practical experience of working with Facebook Ads from 2 years
- Understanding the basics and metrics of digital marketing
- Englishintermediate and above;
- Ability to work with numbers and analytics (you should be able to easily calculate:ROI, CPA, CPL, CTR, ROAS ).
- A/B testing of different funnels and strategies;
- Participation in building a marketing and communication strategy together with the team.

Work tasks:
- Setting up advertising in Facebook Ads:Conversions, Lead Generation, Retargeting, Lookalike Audiences;
- Traffic analysis and optimization
-Optimization of campaigns to achieve maximum results at the lowest price
- Work with audiences: retargeting, creation of lookalike audiences, analysis of audiences.

We offer:< br/>- Salary from $1000 (negotiable) + percentage of profit. The percentage can significantly exceed the basic salary

- Work remote< /strong>; part of the team is located in America, part in Ukraine;
-Full-time, but the schedule is flexible
- We only consider full-time, we do not offer part-time .
