We are looking for a Media Buyer who knows how to negotiate directly with sites and networks and effectively purchase traffic on the CPM model.  400">•Search and selection of sites for advertising (direct deals, networks) 
Negotiations with webmasters and publishers
Traffic quality control
•Analysis of results and reporting on key metrics
•Testing of formats: banners, native, push, pop (if necessary)
Who we are looking for:

• Experience in CPM buying from 1 year 
• Understanding the difference between direct buy and network buy 
• Negotiation skills and the ability to get favorable terms 
• Independent and responsible for result
• Knowsknowledge of English not lower than B2

It will be a big plus:

• Own database of sites / contacts of publishers
• Experience in iGaming / Finance / Adult / Crypto (if relevant)
