We’re looking for a Media Buyer / AdOps Specialist with a proven track record of running successful programmatic campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple channels including Web, In app and CTV campaigns.
- Manage campaign setup, tracking, pacing, and budget allocation to meet performance KPIs.
- Analyse campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with the product and tech teams to improve tracking, automation, and reporting capabilities.
- Troubleshoot delivery or technical issues in collaboration with internal teams and partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with traffic sources, publishers, and partners.
- Ensure adherence to brand safety, compliance, and data privacy regulations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing performance-driven programmatic or mobile user acquisition campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, RTB protocols, and tracking platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava, TUNE).
- Strong understanding of campaign metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROI, eCPM, etc.) and optimization techniques.
- Proficiency with analytics tools and Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience with mobile or desktop app user acquisition.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing, direct publisher deals, or API integrations.
- Basic knowledge of HTML tags, macros, and pixel tracking setup.
