Responsibilities:

• Optimizing and scaling an existing advertising campaign.
• Launching new advertising campaigns with a target to increase ROMI.
• Making direct deals with websites.
• Launching A/B tests and increasing conversion rates, testing creatives and integration formats with bloggers (influencers).
• Create monthly/quarterly purchasing plans and provide reports.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the relevant position.
• Industry experience necessary: igaming or crypto.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level.
• Knowledge of statistics and analytics basics: knows how to quickly and correctly collect and analyze numbers.
• Familiarity with A/B testing principles and execution.
• Experience in working with influencers and webmasters (resource owners).
• The presence of an established base of sources/partners/bloggers in the gambling and crypto poverty.
• Proficient user of Google spreadsheets
