Description: 

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Media Buyer with a strong background in lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully running profitable lead generation campaigns, managing traffic sources, and optimizing paid acquisition channels. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic paid media buying plans to generate high-quality leads.
  • Optimize social traffic sources, specifically TikTok Ads.
  • Manage and monitor daily traffic acquisition budgets, ensuring ROI-positive campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, etc.).
  • Research and test new ad creatives and audience targeting strategies to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media advertising, AI-driven media buying, and automation tools.
  • Ensure compliance with advertising policies and regulatory requirements of TikTok and Facebook.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media media buying and lead generation.
  • Strong expertise in TikTok Ads(Facebook Ads will be a plus).
  • Proven success in running and optimizing high-budget performance marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, BI tools, and attribution models.
  • Ability to identify, test, and scale profitable campaigns in different verticals.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulations in social media advertising.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
