Responsibilities:

Launch and optimization of advertising campaigns

1. Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
2. TikTok Ads
3. In-App advertising
4. Push networks
5. Native Ads-platforms
6. Programmatic through other DSPs
7. External bases

Channel testing and expansion

1. Launch of new channels and access to new audiences.
2. Traffic segmentation by channels, device types, geo and other parameters.
3. Optimization budget between mobile and desktop traffic (web and application).

Creatives and advertising messages

1. Participation in the creation of concepts: banners, videos, texts.
2. Formation of a clear TOR for designers and copywriters.
3. Testing formats of creatives and messages for different audiences.
4. Compliance, especially for financial advertising of products.

Technical part

1. Setting up pixels, events, tracking (GTM, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel).
2. Knowledge and application of UTM structures, basic work with GTM and API integrations.
3. Use of deep linking for mobile traffic.
4. Orientation in the policies of advertising platforms.

How we see our colleague:

• Experience with Google Analytics 4, AppsFlyer, BigQuery, BI systems (Looker Studio, Power BI).
• Attribution: last non-direct, promo code attribution.
• Usage postback systems.
• Post-analysis of campaigns and preparation of reports with conclusions.

Will be an advantage

• Experience with CPA traffic, arbitration and partner programs.
• Integrations with affiliate networks.
• Launch of campaigns in non-typical platforms (Tinder Ads, Spotify, MGID, PropellerAds, etc.).
