Media Buyer in Adorika Media

Adorika Media Ltd. is an advertising network company specializing in digital marketing solutions. We are a provider of cutting-edge display technologies, exquisite in-house creatives and multimedia formats, and we provide full control over the monetization process. The company has been operating in the market since 2007 and has offices in Tel Aviv and Kyiv.

Having a strong expertise in our field, we continue to grow, so now we are looking for a passionate Media Buyer to join our team. In this role, you will be creating new opportunities in the media sphere and helping the company to scale.

This position requires a hybrid format at the Kyiv office near the Olimpiyska metro station.

What you will do with us:

• Working with the client’s target audience and determining the best media platforms to reach the target audience
• Developing strategies for advertising campaigns, including the choice of media channels, budget size and advertising schedule
• Negotiating with media platforms and ad-networks, terms of advertising and other aspects of agreements
• Monitoring the results of advertising campaigns, collecting performance data and analyzing the results to improve future campaigns
• Making changes to campaign strategies based on data analysis and responding to changes in market conditions or consumer behavior

What we expect from a future teammate:

• Experience as Media Buyer for at least 1 year
• Experience in running paid advertising campaigns
• Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions
• Knowledge of A/B split testing and statistics
• Understanding of CPL, CPI, CTR, CPA, CR, CAC, LTV, ROI and other metrics
• Understanding of the CPA optimization process to maximize the profitability of advertising campaigns
• English — Intermediate and above
