Media Buy Team Lead (Facebook) in AFFLE

Affle is an arbitration team that works with all promising GEO and traffic channels.

We are expanding and looking for a new specialist for the position of Media Buy Team Lead (Facebook ).

From you we expect :

• 2+ years in a similar position Media Buy Team Lead or Senior MB< /li>

• experience of managing an arbitration team of 2+ people (the key channel is Facebook) 

  
  

• experience of engagement traffic from Facebook

• knowledge of the market and offers (what converts, which geo is better to work on)

• understanding of the infrastructure that is needed for the bay.

What you will need to do:

• analyze the performance of buyers

  -

• look for profitable connections and test different bay approaches together with the team

• motivate your team to achieve unrealistic results

• clearly set TK to the technical department, farmers and designers< /p>

• analyze and prepare reports on team performance.
