Media Business Development Manager in AMO

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Media Business Development Manager who will build strong relationships with company partners, develop new development strategies and look for new business opportunities. What you will achieve in this position: You will maintain and develop strong long-term relationships with platforms (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google and other strategic partners) You will create and implement effective strategies for additional monetization of existing products You will conduct market research, implement new trends, identify potential areas of growth and new market perspectives You will lead the compliance team You will develop and pilot new commercial theories and ideas that will meet the company's strategic goals You will evaluate effectiveness of campaigns and determine key performance indicators (KPI) using analytical tools. For this you will need: 2-3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing English proficiency (minimum level C1 English proficiency) Experience in analysis and research of the market, trends, competitors Practical ability to build strategic partnerships and marketing development strategies Business Excellent presentation skills, negotiation experience Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights Experience/willingness to effectively lead a team and lead them to achieve set goals Knowledge of media platforms, their features, benefits and trends, including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google and other key players will be an advantage Your manager will be Valeria - Operations Manager. Valeria is an important member of our team and has more than two years of experience at AMO Pictures. Starting as an operations specialist, she was responsible for supporting all existing operational processes. Over time, she rose to the position of operations manager and now manages several large teams that have a significant impact on the development of our company. Valeria is actively looking for an employee who is highly result-oriented and ready to take responsibility.
