Esper Hand is a self-learning, activity-detecting robotic arm muscles and adjusts controls according to the user's behavior patterns to perform everyday tasks with greater human-like dexterity.
Office and production: Kyiv, metro Lybidska or Palace Ukraine (7 minutes from the metro) p> We are looking for an engineer for our department, who is engaged in the development and testing of nodes and moving mechanisms of bionic prostheses. This team will become an integral part of our research and development (R&D) department
Experience: < br/> - practical experience with test methodologies.
Professional experience:
- work as a test engineer, designer or technologist.
Ability to work with measuring devices:
- possession of oscilloscope, microscope/micrometer, caliper, calibrator, strain gauges, multimeter, thermocouples, sound level meter and hardness meter.
CAD skills: knowledge of SolidWorks or other CAD system.
Documentation: experience in developing technical documentation.
Data analysis:
- ability to analyze test results, identify anomalies and draw conclusions on based on the received data.
Problem-oriented thinking:
- the ability to determine the causes of identified problems and find solutions for their elimination.
Attention to detail:
- error detection: the ability to notice even minor deviations from the norm and potential problems in the product.
Education: higher technical education.
Knowledge of SolidWorks: additional plus.
Soldering knowledge and experience.
Programming and automation:
- minimum programming skills (knowledge of C++ programming languages to develop test automation scripts, mostly on Arduino)
Experience working with Arduino:
- experience in programming and working with Arduino is welcome.
Test Automation:
- Ability to design and configure automated test scripts for efficient testing.
Development of test methods:
— conducting mechanical, acoustic tests and product reliability tests based on IEC standards and other international norms.
Carrying out tests:
- carrying out tests of parts and product assemblies according to the developed methods.
Writing test methods:
— development of methods for checking the quality of assemblies and parts.
Optimization of technological processes:
— making changes to the technological process and designs based on test results.
Determination of operational characteristics:
— analysis and determination of keycritical performance parameters of the product and its components.
Development of requirements for test benches:
- close cooperation with design engineers and programmers to create and improve test benches.
