MEAL specialist (FOP) in Rokada, BF BO

BO BF "Rokada" is looking for a MEAL specialist for a project on the economic and social reintegration of veterans and their families in the Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.

Responsibilities:

• Project monitoring and evaluation, data collection and analysis (quantitative and qualitative).

• Development and coordination MEAL-systems, logframe, indicators of results and impact.

• Conducting baseline, midline, endline assessments.

• Preparation of analytical reports, tables, graphs, data visualizations.

• Gathering feedback, accountability to beneficiaries and donors.

• Team support in decision-making based on data (evidence-based).

Requirements:

• Higher education (social sciences, economics, project management or related fields).

• Experience in MEAL / project analytics from 2 years.

• Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methods of monitoring and evaluations.

• Experience with Excel, Power BI, Kobo Toolbox, ODK, SPSS or equivalent.

• English language - intermediate level or above.

• Attention to detail, independence, working with deadlines.

• Sensitivity to work with veterans and vulnerable groups.
