Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (social sciences, statistics, economics, mmanagement, international development or related fields).

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year in humanitarian or social projects.

• Knowledge of humanitarian principles and international standards (Sphere, CHS, Core Humanitarian Standard).

• Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, online survey tools (KoBoToolbox, ODK, SurveyMonkey etc.).

• Analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to work with a large amount of data.

• Experience of working with donor organizations and knowledge of the English language is desirable.

Main responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL) systems in projects fund.

• Collection, analysis and systematization of data on project implementation, preparation of analytical reports.

• Conducting post-activity monitoring (PDM) and project impact assessment.

• Development of indicators and data collection tools.

• Coordination of work with project teams on information collection and data quality control.

• Ensuring compliance of monitoring processes with donor standards and international requirements.

• Organization of training for personnel on MEAL procedures.
