Requirements for the candidate:
Higher education (social sciences, statistics, economics, mmanagement, international development or related fields).
Experience in a similar position from 1 year in humanitarian or social projects.
Knowledge of humanitarian principles and international standards (Sphere, CHS, Core Humanitarian Standard).
Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, online survey tools (KoBoToolbox, ODK, SurveyMonkey etc.).
Analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to work with a large amount of data.
Experience of working with donor organizations and knowledge of the English language is desirable.
Main responsibilities:
Development and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL) systems in projects fund.
Collection, analysis and systematization of data on project implementation, preparation of analytical reports.
Conducting post-activity monitoring (PDM) and project impact assessment.
Development of indicators and data collection tools.
Coordination of work with project teams on information collection and data quality control.
Ensuring compliance of monitoring processes with donor standards and international requirements.
Organization of training for personnel on MEAL procedures.
