In 2022, TGH dedicated teams work in 11 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. TGH has been active in Ukraine since June 2015. Primary Responsibilities:Implement the MEAL procedures and practices based on the set-up system. Facilitate the compilation, storage and sharing results of collected data from assessment, monitoring, evaluation to promote learning.Support the management of evaluations, assessments, data collection, compilation and analysis, and reporting.Support the set-up, implementation and maintain the functionality of Complaint and Feedback Mechanism (CFM) system to ensure accountability and transparency.MEAL SystemResponsible in supporting the sectoral project team for appropriate implementation of monitoring and evaluation to measure progress and achievements of targets toward the objectives.Support the sectoral project team by actively involved in development or upgrade of project indicator tracking matrix.Contribute to the development of procedures, tools, templates, and methodology of data collection for project monitoring, assessments and evaluations.Ensure that methodology and procedure adhere to TGH and international standard principles in data confidentiality, consent-based, personal data-protection, and gender-sensitive methodologies, as well as child safeguarding and Prevention of Sexual Exploitation Abuses (PSEA).Provide assistance in all other aspects of MEAL in coordination office in Lviv and other field offices in various kick-off, surveys, assessments, baselines, evaluations, joint projects reviews / lessons learning workshops/events.AccountabilityAssist in the start-up and coaching team members on CFM (Complaint and feedback) mechanisms to ensure appropriateness and functionality of transparent, accountable and safe TGH programming.Provide support MEAL team members in understanding of child safeguarding and Prevention of Sexual Exploitation Abuses (PSEA) through coaching.Compile concerns, challenges and issues arising from monitoring of project implementation, and/or planning of new projects, to Field Coordinator through the MEAL CoordinatorTechnical and Capacity Building SupportProvide support to MEAL team in field office in the understanding and improvement on quality of assessment, monitoring and evaluation processes.Continuously assist field MEAL team quality project monitoring including data collection, verification and cleaning, analysis and compilation, consistent usage of standard tools and templates developed for project specifics.Assist to promote MEAL culture to understand the importance of implementation and expected results as the basis of project accountability.When requested, provide support and inputs in preparation of concept note and proposal of new projects development from available data collected from MEALWhen assessment, survey and M&E are conducted by external providers for services, facilitate the coordination and review of proposed plan, works and reports to ensure appropriate data and findings.Provide orientation, training, coaching, and support opportunities for continual professional growth.Visualization and ReportingServe as a focal point, in coordination with MEAL team to receive and review accuracy of project data and information from projects as inputs for reporting.Facilitate the process of developing, reviewing, and updating of info-graphics products such as maps, charts.Candidate requerementsUniversity degree1 year of work experience or in-depth knowledge and skills in data management, or potentially interested in the context of humanitarian programming, is preferred.Some level of proven leadership experience in managing a team and management details.Experience planning and facilitating training, advising and coaching a team and strong presentation skills.Experience and ability to speak and write in English, is highly desirable.Experience, or knowledgeable or have strong interest in data collection and verification, analysis and management.Fluency in Ukrainian.Experience in computer skills, especially in Excel and strong knowledge of data collection platform such as KoBoToolbox is a plus.Resume/CV and cover letter have to be written in EnglishSocial package and our benefits:Official employment according to Ukrainian labour lawOffice location in the city centreMedical insurance for employees and familyEnglish classesIndividual development and learning covered by TGH
