TGH backgroundTGH isanon-government organization (NGO) founded in1994 with the aim todevelop across-disciplinary and sustainable expertise. TGH integrates comprehensive approach inconflict and post-conflict environments with interventions inemergency relief, humanitarian aid, rehabilitation and development. TGH programs cover protection, PSS, WASH, shelter/housing, infrastructure construction/ rehabilitation, rural development, FSL (food security and livelihood), education, inpartnership with local actors whenever feasible. In2022, TGH dedicated teams work in11 countries inEurope, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. TGH has been active inUkraine since June 2015.Primary Responsibilities:Implement the MEAL procedures and practices based onthe set-up system.Facilitate the compilation, storage and sharing results ofcollected data from assessment, monitoring, evaluation topromote learning.Support the management ofevaluations, assessments, data collection, compilation and analysis, and reporting.Support the set-up, implementation and maintain the functionality ofComplaint and Feedback Mechanism (CFM) system toensure accountability and transparency.MEAL SystemResponsible insupporting the sectoral project team for appropriate implementation ofmonitoring and evaluation tomeasure progress and achievements oftargets toward the objectives.Support the sectoral project team byactively involved indevelopment orupgrade ofproject indicator tracking matrix.Contribute tothe development ofprocedures, tools, templates, and methodology ofdata collection for project monitoring, assessments and evaluations.Ensure that methodology and procedure adhere toTGH and international standard principles indata confidentiality, consent-based, personal data-protection, and gender-sensitive methodologies, aswell aschild safeguarding and Prevention ofSexual Exploitation Abuses (PSEA).Provide assistance inall other aspects ofMEAL incoordination office inLviv and other field offices invarious kick-off, surveys, assessments, baselines, evaluations, joint projects reviews / lessons learning workshops/events.AccountabilityAssist inthe start-up and coaching team members onCFM (Complaint and feedback) mechanisms toensure appropriateness and functionality oftransparent, accountable and safe TGH programming.Provide support MEAL team members inunderstanding ofchild safeguarding and Prevention ofSexual Exploitation Abuses (PSEA) through coaching.Compile concerns, challenges and issues arising from monitoring ofproject implementation, and/or planning ofnew projects, toField Coordinator through the MEAL CoordinatorTechnical and Capacity Building SupportProvide support toMEAL team infield office inthe understanding and improvement onquality ofassessment, monitoring and evaluation processes.Continuously assist field MEAL team quality project monitoring including data collection, verification and cleaning, analysis and compilation, consistent usage ofstandard tools and templates developed for project specifics.Assist topromote MEAL culture tounderstand the importance ofimplementation and expected results asthe basis ofproject accountability.When requested, provide support and inputs inpreparationofconcept note and proposal ofnew projects development from available data collected from MEALWhen assessment, survey and M&E are conducted byexternal providers for services, facilitate the coordination and review ofproposed plan, works and reports toensure appropriate data and findings.Provide orientation, training, coaching, and support opportunities for continual professional growth.Visualization and ReportingServe asafocal point, incoordination with MEAL team toreceive and review accuracy ofproject data and information from projects asinputs for reporting.Facilitate the process ofdeveloping, reviewing, and updating ofinfo-graphics products such asmaps, charts.Candidate requerementsUniversity degree1 year ofwork experience orin-depth knowledge and skills indata management, orpotentially interested inthe context ofhumanitarian programming, ispreferred.Some level ofproven leadership experience inmanaging ateam and management details.Experience planning and facilitating training, advising and coaching ateam and strong presentation skills.Experience and ability tospeak and write inEnglish, ishighly desirable.Experience, orknowledgeable orhave strong interest indata collection and verification, analysis and management.Fluency inUkrainian.Experience incomputer skills, especially inExcel and strong knowledge ofdata collection platform such asKoBoToolbox isaplus.Resume/CV and cover letter have tobewritten inEnglishSocial package and our benefits:Official employment according toUkrainian labour lawOffice location inthe city centreMedical insurance for employees and familyEnglish classesIndividual development and learning covered by TGH
