MEAL manager in ZDOROVI

BF "NAGD "ZDOROVI" is looking for a MEAL manager (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning) with experience in humanitarian or international projects.

ZDOROVI is a national charitable organization that implements projects in the field of health care, provides medical facilities equipment, medicines and implements system solutions in partnership with international donors.

Type of employment: project
Place of work: Kyiv (possible business trips)
Duration: up to 12 months with the possibility of extension

Main list of services:

• Development and implementation of project monitoring system
• Formation of indicators and logical frameworks
• Data collection, analysis and verification
• Preparation of analytical reports for donors
• Organization of baseline assessments (baseline, endline). 400">
• Experience in monitoring and evaluation from 2 years
• Experience working with international donors
• Ability to work with logframes and KPI
• Experience with Excel / Google Sheets / BI will be an advantage
• Understanding humanitarian standards

To participate in the competition, the following documents must be submitted:

• Summary of the candidate
• Document on obtaining higher education specialist.
• Copy of the Certificate of Registration of the FOP of the 3rd group
• Appendix 1. The price offer is signed.

Terms of payment:

Payment for services or works is made after the provision of services (monthly) or completion of works and signing the act on the provision of services or executionof work Cashless payment is applied.

Price offer:

• Price offers are accepted for evaluation, only those that meet the requirements of the advertisement.
• Responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided in the price offer bears candidate 
• The validity period of the price offer must be at least 60 calendar days.
• The provided copies of the documents must be legible and of high quality. 
• A price offer is not accepted if it is received after the deadline for accepting price offers has expired.

ZDOROVI is not obliged to accept the best price or any other offer received and does not bear any obligations to the participants until the contract is signed. The organization reserves the right to reject all offers.

Participants must indicate the full cost of the works/services (including taxes and additional costs, if applicable) required to perform task.

Participation of related parties or collusion of participants is prohibited. If such facts are discovered, the results of the competition will be annulled, and the contract will be terminated with the return of the received funds and compensation for damages. 

Determination of the winner:

The determination of the winner will take place within 5 calendar days after the deadline for submitting price proposals. If necessary, this deadline can be extended or shortened.

The winner will be the candidate whose proposal meets the requirements of the announcement and receives the highest score according to the evaluation criteria.

ZDOROVI reserves the right to request additional materials or information from the competition participants, confirming the compliance of the announcement with the requirements.

Certificate/extract or extract of FOP registration with the corresponding KVED-Extract, or Extract from EDRPOU

Evaluation of the cost of services is carried out according to the principle of the ratio of the cost of services, experience work, professional skillsprofessional development.

The contract / contracts with the winner of the competition will specify the total cost of services for the entire period of activities.
