Currently, SCI is expanding its activities to eight cities of Ukraine, and Dnipro is one of them.  We work in the areas of education, child protection, overcoming child poverty, health care, and also conduct advocacy activities related to the protection of children's rights. 

KEY DUTIES:

  • Data registration in appropriate data collection forms as necessary; 

  • Entering, checking and managing data in databases according to requirements

    Conducting telephone interviews as part of needs assessment or other data collection activities as necessary.

    QUALIFICATION 

    • Higher education in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, data analysis, computer science, psychology, political science, economics, international development, or a related discipline.

    • < li>

      Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian, Russian and English (not lower than B1 level).

    EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS 

    Key competencies:

    • At least 2 years of hotline, customer support or large database experience

    • 1-2 years of experience in non-governmental organizations is preferred.

    • Experience in data collection and the ability to rapidly manage and analyze large amounts of data

    • Proven analytical experience

    • Understanding and awareness of database design and management

    • Advanced skills with MS office applications, including Excel 

    • Strong communication and open-minded skills

    • Ability to meet deadlines

    QUALIFICATIONS 

    •  University degree in a relevant field such as statistics, math, data analysis, computer science, psychology, political science, economics, international development, or a related discipline. 
    • Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian, Russian and English(at least B1 level). 

    EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

    Essential

    • At least 2 years of experience operating hotlines, customer support, or working with large databases
    •  1-2 Years preferably in NGOs.
    •  Experience in data collection and proficiency in managing and analyzing large data sets quickly
    •  Proven analytical background
    •  Familiarity and comprehension with database designs and management 
    •  Advanced skills in MS office applications, in particular Excel
    •  Strong impersonal and communication skills
    •  Ability to meet deadlines
