"Tenth of April" is a public organization that works to improve the protection of the population affected by the conflict by providing legal, social, psychological and humanitarian assistance, promotes changes in legislation, involvement of communities in responding to emergency situations and the search for long-term solutions, in cooperation with the authorities and by supporting their capacity, with a special emphasis on the most vulnerable groups.
In partnership with Triangle Generation Humanitaire (TGH) with the support of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of France, we are implementing a project aimed at strengthening the ability of the vulnerable population to overcome harsh winter conditions and ensuring continuous access to vital services.
Project "Strengthening winter resilience and access to basic services for the vulnerable population of Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia and Kharkiv regions in eastern Ukraine".
Tasks and responsibilities:
MEAL
- Development and implementation of monitoring systems for tracking the progress of the project.
- quantitative data; visits to field locations to observe the implementation of activities).
- Evaluation of the effectiveness, feasibility, impact and sustainability of the project using various methods (surveys, focus groups, interviews, etc.).
- Preparation of reports based on the collected data, including interpretation and visualization.
- Analysis of the humanitarian situation to clarify the context of project implementation.
DATA that are implemented. - Accounting and storage of documents related to automated processing of information on computers.
- Organization and post-monitoring;
- Preparation of reports at the request of the management and/or donor (descriptive report with visualization included).
- Control over the implementation of project goals set in partnership with the donor. Qualification requirements. Technical skills:
- Higher education;
- Confident PC user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365), advanced user of MS Excel (formulas, building connections), Google Sheets (work with large amounts of data);
- Knowledge of Activity Info,KoboToolbox will be an advantage;
- Fluent command of the English language will be an advantage advantage
- Basic understanding of the work of humanitarian organizations;
- High organizational and analytical skills;
- Ability to work in a team and organize team work;
- Leadership qualities, initiative, attentiveness, responsibility, organization, communication;
- Time management skills, ability to analyze workload, allocation of priorities and maintaining concentration on specific tasks. Requirements:
- Availability of own PC.
