MEAL Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist in Karitas-Spes Ukrayina

We need a MEAL specialist (medical project) .

Our requirements:

• At least 2 years of previous experience with MEAL systems, facilities and tools , including visual dashboards and/or statistical software packages.
• PC - confident user (Word, Excel, Ppt, office 365); advanced MS user.
• Strong data collection, analysis and reporting skills. Knowledge of basic assessment methodologies.
• Well-developed analytical skills, experience working with large amounts of information.

Language requirements and additional information:

• Ukrainian language - fluent.
• English - conversational level.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of internal and external project monitoring and evaluation systems.

• Collect and analyze data on the activity, intermediate and final results of the project, taking into account the monitoring of the primary reporting documentation.
• Make site visits to monitor the implementation of projects.    
• Preparation of detailed evaluation reports with conclusions and recommendations.
• Oversee regular data analysis and prepare reports for donors and/or project management.
• Development of collection tools data and evaluation methods, preparation of training materials for the team on the use of these tools.
• Creation and systematic updating of an electronic database.
