What tasks await you:

• Organization and control of material procurement terms (urgent, emergency, case, planned); timely delivery of materials, their quantity and quality;
• Formation of applications for the purchase of materials and services, their subsequent signing, approval and storage;
• Implementation of the planning process for materials needs (annual / quarterly / monthly);
• Search for new products, preparation of requests for a commercial offer, information for conducting tenders;
• Technical evaluation of products according to the proposals submitted as part of the tender;
• Timely input of new models of equipment to information systems, control of the process of correct accounting of materials in SAP;
• Development of information and creation of applications for the sale of equipment;
• Categorization of scrap;
• Ensuring the inventory of logistics warehouses and materially responsible persons of the enterprise;
• Development of standard contracts for interaction with subcontractors, performance of inspections of acts of work performed by them, quality and volume.

Necessary skills and experience:

• Higher education (master's or bachelor's degree);
• 2 years of work experience in a similar position; li>
• Knowledge of state building codes of Ukraine and regulatory regulatory documents in the field of communication;
• Technical expertiseexpertise in the design of FTTH, FTTB, xPON, SDH, DWDM, IPMPLS networks;
• Technical expertise in assessing the quality of passive optical components;
• Knowledge of the warehouse accounting process, WMS;
• Excellent knowledge of the procedure for processing and maintaining production documentation;
• A confident PC user, experience in SAP will be an advantage.
