Obov responsibilities:

• Preparation of technical tasks for conducting tenders in the direction of administrative and economic support of offices
• Management of contracts and interaction with suppliers: formation of orders, control of deliveries, verification and transfer to the accounting office of primary documents
• Accounting of tangible assets and company property: commissioning, write-off, organization of storage, record-keeping, participation in inventories, organization of movements between objects and disposal
• li>Participation in projects for the opening of new offices: planning, placement and selection of office furniture and equipment for the needs of a specific office
• Planning of operating and capital costs by line of activity

< b style="font-weight: 700">Requirements:

• Basic knowledge in the field of office equipment
• High level of mastery of MS Office, experience with SAP will be an advantage
• Knowledge of the English language at a level no lower than intermediate
• Independence, analytical thinking, attention to details
• Proactivity and work for results, responsibility
