We are looking for a specialist to ensure the uninterrupted functioning of the company's facilities through high-quality execution of construction and repair works and maintaining the infrastructure in perfect technical condition.

What you will do:

• General construction works: gas block laying, plasterboard installation, plastering, priming and painting of surfaces.
• Welding works: performance of basic welding operations for infrastructure support.
• Electrical installation: cable laying, installation of sockets, switches, lights and video surveillance systems.
• Plumbing works: maintenance and repair of internal networks.
• Furniture assembly: assembly and installation of office and technical furniture.
• Material logistics: unloading, loading and moving building materials on the site.
• Mobility:own car and category B driver's license (required).

Your competencies:

• Skillfulness: High quality performance of work "as if for oneself".
• Multitasking: Ability to quickly switch between different types of tasks.
• Autonomy: Ability to independently assess the scope of work and select the necessary materials.
• Responsibilities: Compliance with deadlines and safety rules.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in the field construction or operation of buildings from 1 year.
• Ability to work with electric tools, welding equipment and measuring devices.
• Understanding the principles of building electrical and plumbing networks.
