Mass recruitment recruiter in Smart Solutions

We are looking for aMass Recruitment Recruiter for our partner specializing in recruitment and outstaffing/merchandising services across Ukraine for local and international client companies. We consider candidates with experience in mass recruitment, as well as junior specialists aimed at training and development in this direction. in the structure of an international group of companies.

Main tasks:

• Search and selection of candidates for client projects: placement of advertisements in social networks/job sites, resume processing, etc.
• Conducting phone interviews with candidates (as needed in the office).
• Collecting data about the future employee necessary for the contract.
• Maintaining information on candidates in ATS.
• Communicating with your candidates on projects (as needed).

Wishes for the candidate:

• Higher education in the fields of management, personnel management, etc. - desirable, but not required.
• Work experience of 6 months (we consider candidates from various fields: administrators, call center operators, sales consultants, sales managers, etc.)
• Experience in the field of mass recruiting or completed recruitment courses will be an advantage.
• Must have: the ability to process a large amount of information and make many calls per day.
