Your future tasks:

• The full recruitment cycle: from receiving an application to the employee leaving for work
• Closing vacancies of various complexity: from line staff to senior managers
• Job Description and Posting:create engaging and accurate job descriptions that attract the best candidates
• Resume and portfolio analysis: identify talent and fit candidates
• Preparation and conducting interviews: remote interviews for convenience and efficiency

• Experience in mass recruitment
• Ability to effectively use different candidate search channels
• Ability to work with several vacancies at the same time
• Flexibility , the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
