The team you will work with:
Your future team already has an HR Lead, 8 recruiters, 1 manager of training and youth involvement, and 1 manager of profile training directly for production specialists.
Format of work: the full cycle of recruiting — from opening a vacancy to an offer. The new recruiters will work together with the team, but are fully focused on the mass recruitment of production specialists.
What will be included in your daily work:
Communication with HR Lead and hiring managers, regular reporting on the hiring process.
Full recruiting cycle: from active search and phone interview to acceptance of the offer.
Conducting short phone interviews, writing feedback and organizing meetings with the managers of production sites.
Working with a large amount vacancies at a fast pace.
System work in CRM and daily recording of activities.
Main areas of employment: locksmiths, fitters, CNC operators.

Practice of working with a fast recruiting cycle and large flows of candidates.
