We, Best Way Foods, are the official importer and distributor of the world's leading companies in the market of raw materials and food ingredients, such as Barry Callebaut, FrieslandCampina, Kerry, Dianafoods, Desing, Pulau Sambu Group, Salica in Ukraine. We have our own warehouse and transport and logistics facilities throughout Ukraine, our own Customer Support Center. In 2020, we opened our own studio Chef University, which gives our customers the opportunity to receive training from leading chefs and global ambassadors.

Currently, the company is actively developing new areas, launching ambitious projects and in this regard invites to its team a Marketplace Manager (Rozetka).

What tasks will we assign to you:

• Posting and maintaining product cards on ROZETKA (description, photos, prices, characteristics);

• Control of the relevance of the assortment, balances and prices;

• Content optimization for improving visibility and sales;

• Managing promotions, discounts and promotional campaigns;

• Working with feedback, customer questions and improving service quality;

• Analysis of sales, competitors and advertising effectiveness;

• Interaction with ROZETKA representatives, logistics and processing returns;

• Initiation of new SKUs and cooperation with the private label department.

Expectations from candidates:

• Experience of working with marketplaces from 1 of the year;

• Practical experience in content management, sales analytics and interaction with suppliers and logistics operators;

• Understanding the principles of marketplaces, pricing and promotional activities;

• Experience with product catalogs, SEO optimization and advertising tools;

• Owning analytical tools (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, 1C - preferred);

• Understanding of logistics, balance management, returns and customer service;
