Your Role & Adventure:

• Design a range of assets: landing pages, blog posts, ebooks, emails, newsletters, case studies, social media, ads etc.
• Use Webflow to update and develop new website pages.
• Define and maintain Visual Identity and Guidelines.
• Design, maintain, and evolve the modular system for the website landing pages, marketing assets.
• Analyze the website visits stats to learn and improve its conversion rate and experience.
• Produce a data-informed design for the website by taking into account existing constraints and business needs.
• Work closely with our marketing team.
• Research and analyze visitors’ behavior, obstacles, and issues with Eleken’s website.
• Articulate and present your design ideas and hypotheses.

Hard Skills:

• 1-2 years of graphic/web design experience.
• Strong visual design skills.
• Familiarity with Webflow.

Would be a plus:

• Experience of working with Webflow.
• Ability to make custom illustrations / Drawing skills.
• Motion design skills.
