That is why we are looking for a Marketing Video Editor, which is not just "edits videos", but feels the dynamics of short formats and understands how to make a video that "hooks" from the first seconds. 

What you will do:

• Edit short promotional videos for TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Reels, adapting the content to the format and platform.
• Collaborate with media buyers, copywriters, designers and AI Content Makers to create effective creatives.
• Select music, voiceover, subtitles, visual elements, work with various sources of content — from streams to AI-generations.
• Analyze trends, competitors, bring new ideas and participate in brand storms.
  
  
• Optimize work with ready-made projects: properly structure files, update creatives quickly and without chaos.
• Influence the result — understand how changes in the video affect metrics and effectiveness of campaigns.
