Job Description:

As a Technical Content Editor at catworkx/Halysoftware, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our technical content is accessible and comprehensible for a non-technical audience. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, reworking, and publishing content on our website, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Publish content on the company website using common CMS platforms, preferably HubSpot or Pimcore.
• Source content from consulting teams and recycle existing content to ensure it remains relevant and up-to-date.
• Simplify complex technical information into clear and understandable language for non-technical audiences.
• Translate technical documentation into standardized and sales-promoting language.
• Act as a communicative liaison between various departments such as Legal, Compliance, HR, and Data Security to ensure documentation compliance.
• Assist in the creation of training materials and FAQ sheets for different target groups within the company.

Your Profile:

• Proficiency in using various software tools to compile information in specific formats.
• Experience with common CMS platforms, with a preference for HubSpot and Pimcore.
• Familiarity with the Atlassian toolstack.
• Strong technical writing skills, particularly in the field of software documentation.
• Excellent English writing skills; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and standardized manner.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s or degree or practical experience in Technical Communication preferably in the Software (as a service) industry. (Will be a plus if you have it)
