We are currently looking for a Marketing Team Lead to strengthen our team.

🔥 What will need to be done:

• manage the marketing team: designers, copywriters, email marketer, PPC;
• develop and monitor compliance with marketing strategies for the promotion of our projects/products/services;
• set plans/tasks for employees of the marketing department;
• set and monitor KPIs/OKRs;
• cooperate with sales departments on sales funnels, feedback on leads;
• launch of marketing activities - webinars, online events, etc.;
• competitor analysis;
• analyze marketing indicators.

⚡ What we expect from you:

• you have relevant experience in the field of digital marketing from 2 years < /b>
• you know the trends in digital marketing;
• ready to systematize the company's marketing activities;
• you know how to manage projects: coordinate task priorities and set and adhere to deadlines;
• you will be able to set up reporting on marketing activities and budgets;
• you know how to distribute and delegate tasks between relevant departments/employees;
• you understand multi-channel analytics systems;
• you have skills in working with web analytics and social network analytics: Google Analytics, Google/Facebook Ads, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, Microsoft Clarity, etc.;
• you know how to evaluate the effectiveness and goals of campaigns, traffic;
• you have communication skills and the presentation of complex concepts

➕ It will be a plus:

• experience in promoting educational projects ;
• experience of launching projects from 0
