The 31 Group team is looking for an experienced Marketing Team Lead who will be able to build the direction of Marketing and PR in 31 Group to achieve the goals of our social projects. Currently, this is the crowdfunding platform My City, the GladPet animal care and assistance project, and the fundraising platform Report. Your skills: Hard Skills: Work experience in the field of influencer marketing, digital marketing and PR from 3 years. Team management experience from 1 year. Experience organizing and carrying out collaborations with brands, influencers, opinion leaders. Must have successful cases. Experience working in public or volunteer organizations is welcome. Systematic and structured thinking. and prioritize tasks. The team expects from you: 1. Construction and development of the Marketing&PR department at 31 Group. 2. Development and implementation of marketing strategies aimed at: 2.1. Attracting and retaining donors for social and military projects. 2.2. Increase in adoption (adjustment of pets) and veterinary consultations, sterilizations. 2.3. Involvement of business to help projects and achieve their goals. 2.4. Creation of budgets and plans for the implementation of marketing strategies. Regular performance tracking. 3. Digital marketing: 3.1. Work with targeted and contextual advertising, PPC, optimization, budget control. 3.2. Analytics of sites, projects, marketing campaigns, etc. Reporting on results and implementing changes to improve them. 4. Collection and analysis of information about the target audience of projects. Working with this data to achieve our goals. 5. Participation in the launch of new projects and products, their promotion on the market using influence marketing tools, PR and joint work with SMM. 6. Brand management: 6.1. Management and development of brands (projects) 31 group. 6.2. Implementation of brand strategies in all aspects of marketing and communications.
