For the past 2.5 years, Ringostat has regularly received High Performer awards from the authoritative G2 review service and is among the top 10 in the world in its category. Also, the service is the only official Google Analytics partner among similar services in Eastern Europe.

We are constantly growing, our marketing department has doubled in size in the last 2 years alone. This means that we need a cool specialist to help the head of the department. We are looking for a Marketing Team Lead who will lead a talented and professional team of marketers, define strategy and help us achieve our goals.

Your skills:

1. Experience in managing inbound lead generation in the marketing department.
2. Experience managing PPC and SEO directions.
3. Experience managing site development and working with CRO.
4. Experience in building and managing the company's content strategy.
5. Experience in managing the organization and conduct of online and offline events (such as: webinars, online and offline conferences, business breakfasts, etc.).
6. Experience in market and competitor analysis.
7. Management experience of 1 year or more (in charge of at least 5 people).
8. Experience with different markets (countries). In addition to the Ukrainian one, working with the markets of Poland and Kazakhstan will be a great advantage.
9. Proficiency in English B1 and above.

The team expects from you:

1. Help the Head of Marketing in developing and improving a marketing strategy that will meet the company's overall goals.
2. Management of the following areas: — PPC and SEO; — development of the site (creation and optimization of pages) and increase of its conversion rate; — content marketing; — organization and participation in events; — brand development; — work with partners; - promotion in local markets.
3. Generation of leads from the above areas, according to KPI.
4. Management, work planning of 7+ specialists and contractors.
5. Performance monitoring, data analysis and strategy optimization based on them.
6. Market and competitor research to find growth and development points.
7. Generation of new ideas to improve performance.
